Metroette (18U) Softball Managers Update

Metroette Managers:

Don’t forget that you must have a Request to Manage application submitted and be approved before you receive a Player Protection form. The Protection Form is due March 1st so you will want to be sure to submit your Request to Manage application as soon as possible (click here for form). This will also give us a good number on team count so we will know how much diamond space to reserve when the younger divisions are scheduled.

League Play:

This division will play 16 regular season games in a double header format as well as a Post Season Tournament. More games, more development, more fun. This year’s play will be sanctioned by USSSA so you will receive a team registration with USSSA as well as earn points through League Play.

Registration and League Fees:

• Due March 1st, 2011:
• A $300 non-refundable deposit.
• Player Protection Form listing players with their signature.
• A completed Individual Player Registration form for each member of your team.
  (Please be sure to tell your players that the Individual Player Registration forms must be submitted by the Manager with the deposit and Player  Protection form.)
• Due April 15th, 2011:
• Balance of Team Fee: $1,405 (less the $300 deposit) if received by April 15th. ($1,585 less the $300 deposit if after April 15th but no later than May 1st)
  
  
  
  Team fees are based on a 12 player roster and $30 Candy sales buyout per player for the
  League Fund-raiser.
