SCHEDULE
TEXT 785-817-5663 FOR LINK TO REGISTER.
- Include your age group with your team name and softball or baseball. Please do not just type “Royals” please list team name as “12u Royals baseball”
- For any team 10 and older choose 10and up and again specify your age on your team name. for softball 8/9 choose 8 and up.
- Existing Coaches that are registered in our league click “search” when you get to coach page. Coaches NOT in our league click “add” when you get to coach page
- Take a look at online list prior to registering to see if your division is still open. I will try and update few times a day. There is a time stamp on when you paid. First pay first serve.
- Final rosters need to be email to hurricaneditka75@yahoo.com by Midnight Thursday April 18th. Please include name, DOB, and jersey #. Any roster within age rules.
- I will send official email for schedule preferences for Friday and Sat in the future, do not email those to me at this time. With a full tourney it will be difficult to honor all requests, please be prepared to play at any time during the entire weekend. Sunday is bracket play starting in morning, must be available to play anytime Sunday.
April 19-21 with option to play the following weekend in case of total rainout.
Registration will open on Feb 26 at 9am. Link will be posted on website and sent to coaches that morning.
The list of teams coming to the tourney will be on ANNOUNCEMENTS section of website updated daily.
We can take schedule requests but with a full tourney we cannot promise that we will be able to honor all of them. I will email coaches for schedule requests after registration closes. I do not have a last day to register as divisions will close as they fill up at different times.
THIS IS AN OPEN TOURNEY. OPEN TO OUTSIDE LEAGUE TEAMS. WE EXPECT A FULL SOLD OUT TOURNAMENT AGAIN, NO SPOTS WILL BE HELD WITHOUT PAYING ONLINE. IF YOU PLAN ON PLAYING YOU CAN EMAIL ME AND I WILL PUT YOU DOWN PENDING SO OTHER TEAMS LOOKing AT THE "LOOK WHOSE COMING" LIST CAN GET IDEA OF WHO IS COMING.
TEAMS CAN BRING ANY ROSTER WITHIN USSSA AGE RULES. THAT MEANS OUR OWN TEAMS CAN USE OTHER TEAMS PLAYERS IF THEY ARE SHORT FOR THE TOURNEY. ROSTERS WILL BE DUE April 18. IF YOU TURN IN ROSTER PRIOR TO THIS AND HAVE ANY CHANGES YOU MUST EMAIL ME YOUR UPDATED ROSTER BY APRIL 18 I WILL SEND REMINDERS ON THIS. ROSTERS NEED FULL NAME, DOB,AND JERSEY #. GUEST PLAYERS MAY WEAR DIFF JERSEY AS LONG AS NUMBER IS ON IT. YOU MAY NOT ADD PLAYERS TO ROSTER DURING TOURNEY WEEKEND.
Baseball-
Depending on number of teams- 9 and 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14 divisions may be combined in baseball. Rules will be posted later.

-Games will start Friday evening
-Tournament is 3 games guaranteed. Pool play Friday and Sat. Bracket play begins Sunday.
